Yes. Heavy-duty flexible tooth harrow sections with reinforced tines are available for heavy soils. They are installed behind the tractor wheels to loosen compacted soil more effectively and ensure consistent cultivation across the full working width. This option requires approximately 10 hp of additional tractor power.

An in-house forged tine. Its weight and geometry are an exact match for the McFarlane tine.

Green Way tines are made from high-strength 60С2А steel. The induction-hardened working section is 100 mm long. The fastening uses a metric nut.

Green Way frames use seamless drawn tubing made from 09Г2С steel. The cross-sections depend on the frame category:

No. The harrow mats are the same on all Green Way models.

Yes. Green Way offers 6 tine angle settings, allowing you to adjust the harrow to the soil conditions and the desired result.

• four additional settings — 15°, 20°, 35° and 40° — are set using a washer kit.

When correctly adjusted, the harrow is designed to achieve the required result in one pass. The final number of passes depends on field conditions and the customer's task.

On models up to and including 14 m, the wings are secured with cables. Models from 15 m use rigid tie rods.

The declared tine service life is at least 10,000 ha. Actual service life depends on soil type and abrasiveness, speed, tine angle and operating conditions.

Green Way harrows have been operating since 2017. To date, none has become completely unserviceable.

Hourly work rates, where specified for each model, are shown in the table above.

An indicative work rate per shift can be calculated by multiplying the ha/h figure in the table by the number of working hours. For example, for the trailed Green Way 5.3 m: 6.3 ha/h × 8 h = 50.4 ha. The actual area covered depends on headland turns, travel between fields and field conditions.

Indicative fuel consumption is shown in the last column of the model range table: from 3 l/ha for most models and from 4 l/ha for trailed 17–24 m models. Actual consumption depends on the tractor, soil, working depth and speed.

The frame has a 3-year warranty.
